Feature Request: Risk Management - MktCap Weight

Provide a function similar to SecWeight and IndWeight but for market cap grouping {microcap, smallcap, midcap, largecap}. For example, MCapWeight < 30 would restrict any particular market cap group to a maximum of 30%.
