Feature Request: Ability to select more than one universe for a ranking system

Right now only one universe can be selected for a ranking system (e.g. LargeCap). It would be advantages to have the ability to select more than one universe for the ranking system (e.g. LargeCap & MidCap).

Scores are calculated as (importance) × (# of votes), where importance ranges from 1 to 4.
Final Comments
This was closed since the Russell universes are now available. If more flexibility is needed it's much easier for us to create new universes.
