Feature Request: Function to Calculate Sum Across Industry

I'd like to have a new function IndSum(X) which will sum X across its industry. For example, MktCap/IndSum(MktCap) tells a company's weight within its industry. Also I think IndSum(MktCap) / IndSum(BV$Q) is a better way to measure industry price to book ratio.
