The "Rerun Simulation" link (on the Summary page and elsewhere) should go to the Review page (Step 6) instead of the Simulation Parameters page (Step 1). This allows one-click access to all sections, and will be especially helpful if editing is permitted directly on the Review page (per a previous request).
I would guess that Step 1 is the single least-changed page when one is developing a Sim, and so directing the link to it represents a (small, but annoying) waste of time and bandwidth. [Note: Same goes for the "Run Simulation" link.]
