create a system which picks the best sectors/industries, then picks the best stocks from those sectors/industries . The problem I am having is that I can’t seem to find a way to rank the best sectors or industries as a whole.(ex. Energy is top followed by Tech etc.) and then backtest the best stocks from those sectors/industries
