Currently, Sell rules rule. That is, a stock that qualifies for a Sell cannot be bought back. On the surface, this seems attractive, for why would you want to buy something that you just decided to sell? However, there are lots of situations where this makes perfect sense. Some examples:

(a) I want my portfolio always to contain the ten highest ranking stocks (or the ten that would pass the Buy rules). Easy implementation would be to have just one Sell rule such as Rank<101, which would ensure that every stock held is considered for a sale. Then only those that were not good enough to make the Buy list would actually be sold.

(b) I want to sell a Laggard, but only if there is a higher ranking stock that can pass the Buy rules.
